We have hundreds of floor plans available to choose from. Because the costs of building materials are continually changing, only our most popular floor plans are available with an immediate pricing estimate. Choose up to any three of those, and you can get an immediate idea of what your home could cost to build.
There are other plans that we sell less frequently, that may be more to your liking. If you are seriously interested in one of those plans, or if you'd like to use any of our plans as a starting point for your own customizations, it may be best to complete our contact form, and provide us with some preliminary information, so that we can prepare a custom quote for you for a small fee.
If you'd like to register to obtain 3 free immediate prices from our list of popular pre-priced plans, there are three easy steps: 1.) First, build a wish list of up to 10 plans. Choose from our list of pre-priced plans. 2.) Narrow your wish list down to 3, and then "check out". You'll be asked to complete a registration form. 3.) We will respond with pricing for your three selected plans, and you'll be contacted by one of our representatives. You'll then have the ability to customize your plan or request additional information.
