          Plans are numbered for ease of search by TYPE; SIZE; #BEDROOMS; #BATHS
          (a "G" at the end indicates that the GARAGE cost is included in our price)
   a) First Letter:  T = Two Story
                         R = Ranch
                         C = Cape
                         B =  Bi - Level
                         M = Multi - Family
                         S = Special Projects
   b) Next Four Numbers: Indicate approximate "finished living space"
   c) 5th Number: Indicates number of Bedrooms
   d) 6th Number: Indicates number of Bathrooms
   e) EXAMPLE:  T170532-1G is a Two Story;
                         1705 SQ. FT. finished living space;
                         3 Bedrooms;
                         2 Bathrooms;
                         Garage included in price
    

2. You may use the "optional" drop downs to narrow your search.
3. "Model Number" - if known - allows a quick revisit to a plan of previous interest.
