Hallmark Homes has worked directly with Retail Buyers of modular homes since 1975. We understand that many Buyers retain a “Builder/Dealer” to act on their behalf to provide a complete project (Turn Key). Often times however the buyer pays more for less service.  Any qualified builder/contractor/renovation contractor etc. can finish a modular home. As a matter of fact, many buyers complete the non mechanical and non-exterior work on their own, thus saving even more.
Selling homes direct to owners offers several advantages:
  1. You deal directly with our professional staff in the critical design phase of your home.
  2. You can reach us during normal office hours and are welcome to have your sub-contractors call us to have their questions answered.
  3. We accommodate your needs during the delivery and set of your home.
  4. Once on the foundation, the most difficult work is completed and WE remain available to work directly with you or your contractor in achieving the best result.
  5. There is absolutely no reason to fear a direct purchase from Hallmark as we have been around longer than most contractors and our reputation is second to none.
  6. We offer many plans and specification options for you to start the process and then will work directly with you to further customize both the plans and specifications to satisfy your final needs and dreams.
  7. We give you an honest evaluation of what makes sense to do in the factory and what is better done on-site. It is your money and we want you to keep more of it. A modular is NEVER 100% complete from the factory so we advise you how to best spend YOUR money to obtain the best value at the lowest cost.

It is obvious that when dealing with us, you are dealing with a centralized office. We know that we can do the job right, most economically and at the best value to you.
It is also obvious that if we had to work through additional sales people, we would have to pay sales commissions, benefits, etc. and that these expenses are passed on to YOU when you buy a home….from us or anyone else.
By eliminating these additional expenses to “others”, we pay YOU.  How? We pass on a Direct Buyer Refund TO YOU !
Once you have finalized your house choice, the services and the options you want and certified plans have been completed, we will have your final cost – including taxes, delivery, crane and set allowances. At this time we will advise what the exact refund will be. Your Sales Coordinator can give you approximate refund figures but final figures will not be available until we have solidified the plans. The refund is usually several thousand dollars and is paid directly to you, once your house is delivered and paid in full.
Ask for your Direct Buyer Refund certificate to be provided with your Purchase Documents. Necessary to claim your refund.
