The first letter in a plan number indicates the house type / style: T = Two Story R = Ranch C = Cape B = Bi - Level M = Multi - Family S = Special Projects
The next four numbers indicate the approximate "finished living space"
The 5th number indicates the number of bedrooms
The 6th number indicates number of bathrooms
So, as an example, plan number T170532-1G is:

It has 1705 square feet of finished living space
It has 3 bedrooms
It has 2 bathrooms
and a one-car garage is included in price.
